As per data from the Airports Authority of India, Belagavi Airport recorded a 15.5% drop in passenger traffic in February 2025.
A total of 22,578 passengers traveled during the month, compared to 26,717 in February 2024. Aircraft movements declined from 376 to 302, while freight handling fell from 1 MT to 0.4 MT.
Despite the dip, the airport maintains good connectivity with 2 daily flights to Bengaluru and Mumbai, and 1 daily flight each to Hyderabad, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, along with thrice-weekly service to Jaipur.
