CM D.K. Shivakumar to Visit Belagavi on July 9 ; First Visit Since Taking Charge

In his first official visit to Belagavi after assuming office as the Chief Minister, D.K. Shivakumar is scheduled to arrive in the city on Thursday, July 9, for a packed two-day itinerary including administrative reviews and key stakeholder meetings.

According to the official itinerary, the Chief Minister will depart from Bengaluru at 9:30 AM on Thursday and is expected to land at the Belagavi Airport by 10:40 AM.

Immediately following his arrival, CM DK Shivakumar will head to the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha by 11:00 AM, where he will chair a high-level meeting to review the progress of various departmental works and government developmental projects in the region.

Later in the afternoon, at 4:00 PM, the Chief Minister will convene another crucial meeting at the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha with representatives and stakeholders of the South Indian Sugar Mills Association (SISMA) to discuss industry-related issues.

Following his administrative and industrial commitments, the Chief Minister will pivot to party organizational matters. At 6:00 PM, he is scheduled to visit the District Congress Committee office to interact and hold discussions with local party workers and leaders.

CM DK Shivakumar will be staying overnight in Belagavi. On Friday morning at 9:30 AM, he will board a special flight back to Bengaluru, concluding his official tour.
