Daily commuters and long-distance travelers were left frustrated today after Train No. 26751 Belagavi–KSR Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express was rescheduled by 192 minutes (3 hours and 12 minutes) from its origin station at Belagavi (BGM).
- Scheduled Departure Time: 05:35 AM
- First Rescheduled Departure Time: 06:35 AM
- Second Rescheduled Departure Time: 08:05 AM.
- Third Rescheduled Departure Time: 08:45 AM.
The delay was caused by a major four-hour line block undertaken at Londa Junction by South Western Railway authorities for essential track maintenance and safety-related infrastructure works.
The sudden schedule change caused significant disruption to travel plans, leaving several passengers stranded at the station and missing onwards connections, business appointments, and scheduled meetings.
Many commuters expressed dismay over receiving short-notice updates for a premium train service, calling on railway management to better coordinate major line blocks and communicate schedule alterations well in advance to minimize inconvenience.
Latest Update: The train departed from its origin station, Belagavi, at 8:47 AM instead of the scheduled 5:35 AM, resulting in a delay of 3 hours and 12 minutes.
