The Belagavi City Corporation (BCC) has announced an extension of the 5% rebate on property tax payments till May 31, 2026, providing additional time for citizens to avail the benefit.
According to the notification issued by the corporation, property owners who pay their property tax within the extended deadline will continue to receive the 5% concession. The civic body has appealed to residents to make use of the opportunity and clear their dues at the earliest.
Citizens can pay their property tax online through the official Belagavi City Corporation portal. The corporation stated that the extension aims to encourage timely tax payments and improve revenue collection for civic development works across the city.
