Railways Extend Hyderabad–Belagavi Special Train

In a move aimed at managing increased passenger demand, the South Central Railway has announced the extension of its Hyderabad–Belagavi weekly special train service by one additional trip in each direction.

According to officials, Train No. 07043 Hyderabad–Belagavi Special, which was earlier scheduled to operate until April 30, 2026, will now run an additional service on May 7, 2026.

Similarly, in the return direction, Train No. 07044 Belagavi–Hyderabad Special, previously notified to run up to May 1, 2026, will operate an extra trip on May 8, 2026.

The extension comes in response to sustained passenger demand on this route, particularly during the ongoing travel season. Railway authorities stated that the additional trips are expected to provide much-needed relief to travelers commuting between Hyderabad and Belagavi.

Dr. Manjunath Kanamadi, Chief Public Relations Officer of the South Western Railway, Hubballi, confirmed the development and urged passengers to make use of the extended services.

Passengers are advised to check reservation availability and plan their journeys in advance to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
